I always thought he was in his 30s when I saw footage of the 66 team. Peoole looked ancient then. Plus footballers are way wrinkly anyway. No fat and out in the sun all day.

Im a Spurs fan, and a Tottenham “boy” (54). Nobby Stiles was a hero to me cos he should never have made it in professional sport. Some people can achieve things by pure force of will.
