On December 6, 1989, a lone gunman walked into Montréal’s École Polytechnique, a post-secondary institution focusing primarily in engineering, and began shooting women.
Today is our National Day of Remembrance.

If you have the stomach for it there is a movie about it called Polytechnique. I’ve only seen the trailer and that was enough for me. I don’t know any women who have seen it.
