How do people find the time to keep up with these tremendously long US TV series?

How do people binge watch TV series to catch up? Doesnā€™t an awful existential dread set in when faced with the prospect of watching 50 hours of Breaking Bad or The Wire, or even 20 hours of Arrested Development?

Is it any wonder I always choose movies over TV, even 3+ hour films?

Is it surprising Iā€™ve never got into Game of Thrones, Lost, 6 Feet Under, The Walking Dead, Battlestar Galactica or any of the above?

Does it suffice to say ā€œyou name it, I havenā€™t seen itā€?
