But I’m not the customer. Do they accept requests from any Tom, Dick, or Harry?
I’ll give it a go, though I’d have assumed they’d pay more attention to a paying customer’s requests.
That’s how opensource works, indeed! 
The Discourse folk are extremely responsive and interested in making the best forum software they can. They have incorporated changes suggested by many a Happy Mutant here on the BBS in the past.
