the dogs that use skateboards can steer those, I think this would be similar. If someone just dropped her on the device it would have been over sooner 
I recall however a video from some years back purporting to show a dog driving a car; clearly didn’t get the ‘turn this way go this way’ relationship. There are people who don’t get that as well, so…
