I just did a cursory job search for positions at SpaceX. One of the first results was “Food Services Associate.”

Again, if a company has such sloppy security practices that their kitchen staff has access to protected technology then they have no business being a government contractor.

You do not know more about the laws relating to hiring discrimination than the Department of Justice.
