This move makes sense. Thanks to DLC, it’s too soon to make a new FighterZ, and the number of characters available for Budokai has exploded since the last game thanks to Dragon Ball Super. They may also be winding down on XenoVerse 2, so they needed to start working on something else to keep DB fans engaged.
