The funny thing is that the ‘Duck’ brand started out, I think, as an office/packaging tape company. They expanded their duck tape line into Technicolor only once the duck tape craze started.
I say ‘duck tape’ only because I’m too lazy to bother pronouncing two distinct ‘T’ sounds that close together. Glottal stop is sufficient for me, thanks.
