Saw a very well done Gorey exhibit at the Cranbrook Art Museum in 2017. A Detroit area hardcore Gorey collector made a ton of their stuff available for the exhibit. A couple friends who went with us were only familiar with Gorey’s PBS Mystery! opening titles, so it was extra fun being able to hip them with all the wonderful stuff around us, like pop-up books, plush toys, goodies from Dracula, etc.
