It’s from the HBO/HBO Go/HBO Max/Max series Barry (which is darkly fantastic, by the way). The character in the screengrab is NoHo Hank, one of the best, flat-out funniest villains in recent memory. He wants everyone to have fun and be happy! So hospitable! Such a nice guy—until he isn’t.
