80 bucks is quite expensive for up to 12 hours of audio pleasure. Personally, I’d like a $80 headset to last a few years.

If BB doesn’t improve their warranty handling, I’m not buying anymore. You can’t deny your customers warranty by simply saying “Sorry, all purchases are final”. Or hide behind the responsibility of the manufacturer. Been there, done that, got to keep both pieces. Bad move, BB!

Yeah, it’s put me off buying through them.
If you’re going to have a store and sell things, you should behave like a store.
