Any fine too small to be a corporate death penalty would be too small.
There should be a rule that if your company gets a billion dollar fine - the CEO has to get some prison time.

That’s the lovely bit of GDPR - the maximum fine is 20 million Euros or 4% of global annual turnover - whichever is higher.
Please consider it a symbol of a greater aspirational ethos of privacy.

Let’s see Zuckerberg pay 5-10% of his profits from 2018 as the fine.
