          Well I was baffled until I clicked through to the WSJ, but that case sounds like a pretty clear First Amendment issue, and thank goodness the Court ruled the way it did.
But wait… does it follow that prisoners have a constitutional right to access Facebook? What about school kids? The ramifications…
Agreed, but no, that wouldn’t follow any more than saying they have a constitutional right to a printing press, a megaphone, or a TV camera with satellite uplink
