I bet thats at a Ren Fair. We usually have out at ours, but the weekend we went he wasn’t there :o( All after I told my kid how cool it was to feed him pickles.
I’ve got the same picture of my kids at 3 and 5 at a ren faire in CO.
Now every time I see fairies riding an elephant I’ll think of Texas!
