Yeah, I wrote a post of objection to the harassment of this security researcher/advocate, and then realized that I was apparently objecting to a story that went cold a decade ago. Why was this reposted? I don’t understand…
It’s a glitch; for the past few weeks, there have been posts showing up from 2006 and 2011.
So far, they’re just locking the topics and letting them die; I don’t know what the progress is on finding a root cause.
ETA: I have a hard time believing that it’s a coincidence that this article, posted today, links back to the same post from 10 years ago:
