I’m sort of dimly aware that Google+ wants me to use my (yeek!) ‘Real Name’, not that they don’t know who I am already but at least I can maintain a temporary fantasy of anonymity behind my avatar.

Is that the vacuum chamber for a STM?

Amen.

My G+ account got killed the day after they announced Google Reader would die. And I’m moving away from G services in general.

Google’s not what they used to be.
