So, after Wendler canceled the drag event, students sued to have it re-instated. They sued under Federal anti-discrimination laws.

Federal Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk denied the students’ request to immediately reinstate the student event.

Just to close the loop on that:

Goodbye , Polybun, you mother fucking piece of shit asshole. This mother fucker threatened me and a whole bunch of others and was a big fear I had, and he finally fucking did what he said he was going to do, and now he’s finding out. And one less person I have to worry about directly harming me in this world.

People should start flying hundreds of cheap drones over his house and dropping copies of the docs. Might get some interesting videos.

The police and sherrifs there just don’t want to serve him, that’s all that’s going on. He hosts rallies and protests and everyone knows where he’s at when he’s doing those, and there’s not a single process server who could walk across to him and hand him an envelope? Fuck, Jason Sudekis had Olivia Wilde served when she was on stage!

yup. from the article:

The Sheriff interpreted the criminal trespass statute to apply to process servers and that any process server returning to the Bundy residence could be charged with criminal trespass. This effectively prevents the St. Luke’s Parties from using private process servers,” the Monday filing reads.

and this was after he led an armed blockade of the st luke’s hospital, preventing ambulances from bringing in patients, because the hospital had admitted one of his klan member’s malnourished children for treatment

the police arrested him over it, but let him go

hey now. that’s unfair to excrement

Thomas noted that there was nothing about the majority’s ruling that would bar the state of Texas from executing Reed. The pending civil rights suit “is no barrier to the prompt execution of Reed’s lawful sentence,” he wrote. He suggested that Texas should move forward: “Reed conceded at oral argument ‘that you do not get a stay of execution just because you brought’” a Chapter 64 or federal civil rights suit, Thomas wrote. “Texas is free to take him at his word.”
