I’ve always considered this set of captions to be the, well, cap. Be sure you have them on and set to “Swedish-Chef”. Be sure to keep watching to at least a minute in for the extra fun.
My understanding is this was on the original video, a fan added the specific captions, and the Muppets snagged it because the “Swedish dub” was getting more views than any other video on the channel.
