A nice follow up to the previous law change which made it easy to change recurring billing situations, which some websites made you jump through endless hoops to fix. I’ve long said we need to be able to cancel a subscription as easily as we create it. One click. Confirm. Done.
If anyone would like to guess which side of the party-line vote was super concerned about the brutal chilling effects on “negative option features that consumers prefer and enjoy”; I’m afraid that no prize is available because it’s not a terribly difficult question.
I know I love ‘negative option features’! They’re like cramming, except from a single trusted provider!
Is this still the set up with Savage X Fenty? I miss the days before they went to the subscription model.
Won’t someone please think of the corporations?
