In other words, we all miss our sense of wonder and discovery, when things were still new to us. It wouldn’t help to bring back old GeoCIties, for example, and there’s still lots of new things to discover. I personally also miss that old sense of wonder, but I’ve also convinced myself it’s age, and experience moving in where innocence and wonderment were.
There’s still a lot to discover, even if I’m no longer energetic enough to go looking for it any more.
