Both parties have super delegates. They’re well suited to the vote-suppressing, gerrymandering, cheating GOP. Not so much for the Dems.
If someone who’s on trial ends up as the party’s standard bearer, that’s the fault of the candidate and the party that supported her, the first of which can resign for the good of the party and the latter of which can refuse to substantively support her (and yes, neither would happen with Clinton and Wasserman Schultz).
Drumpf doesn’t want the job, but he’s a narcissist and grudge holder who wants as much attention and PR as possible. Thanks to the media covering everything he says, he can run on the relative cheap through November and then claim he would have been the classiest President ever if only the GOP hadn’t cheated and run that loser Cruz (“Sad!”). Then he’ll finish up by promoting his developments and resorts business ventures and a new reality show: The Candidate.
