One of the most important things in project management is attention to detail, so seeing a bullet that misuses “effect” is troubling.

If the risk could effect the project, then the risk does the job for you.

The savings are illusionary too - it’s very unlikely that somebody will apply for both the CAPM and then the PMP in the same one year period.
It didn’t seem to me that this certified you, but that it prepared you to take the certification. I wasn’t sure, which is why I didn’t buy it.
