What would you call someone who is a total Linux ninja?
The last candidates I’ve interviewed that have called themselves ninjas in IT subjects probably took about this level of training first. None were hired, since I need experience, not CBT.

Is the ability to invisibly hang upside down from the server room ceiling really a skill coders need? I’m not 100% sold on Ninja Skills for coders…but I could be wrong…
