Actually, yeah, I don’t think that’s a bad assumption. At least the government THINKS and BEHAVES as it owns it. It’s against the law to kill yourself (or try to). Why would that be? You can’t decide whether you want to be here or not… but the government can. So who owns you? You or the government?

Here is a Solution, don’t “license” cars from GM. Unlike true software, there is a plethora alternates for automobiles.
