I like unusual plurals like "Attorneys General " rather like "Sergeants Major ". Fun.

The Google anti-trust investigation fits well within the current, Borkian, approach to this area of law, so I expect it will be resolved once all the discovery is done and the numbers are in. The bigger challenge will be going after Facebook, which has done a hell of a lot more damage with its monopolisitic practises.

And all of a sudden the special prosecutors in the Ken Paxton criminal investigation get full funding from a mysterious source & the TX AG has to plead guilty & resign.

Came here to say the same thing. Paxton is no paragon of virtue. He’s a favorite topic on my favorite political blog, Juanitia Jean’s: https://juanitajean.com/texas-attorney-general-ken-paxton-2/

You are correct, but this is yeoman’s work, and I support Paxton in this. Still, I hope his ass gets nailed to the wall; there are other Attorneys General who can take his place.

Far as I know, Paxton is still under indictment. He is anti gay, anti abortion and way pro gun. The only reason he is still in office is, well, this is Texas after all.
