I’ve jail broken an iPhone before and it was persistent. I haven’t owned an iPhone in a year or two though.
“They all use cell phones?” Somehow I really doubt that.
At least two year then since the iPhones have gotten MUCH more difficult to JB and can’t be jailbroken at all if you are on the newest firmware.
Add to the fact that Apple doesn’t allow owners to downgrade after they stop signing older versions = no new jailbreak for the latest version as of right now.
