Keeping prisoners confined for months at a time, some without even the benefit of a legal hearing? Good thing we’ve moved on from such barbarity. /s

I must say, those imprisoned back then seemed to have an eloquent way of speaking, unlike today’s convicted felons who blurt out stupid things like “Rigged witch Hunt!!”
