A refund. How did the rest of his trip go? Did he have to cancel? Did he lose more money because he couldn’t get on the road? Maybe they owe him more than a refund and an apology.

It’s almost like, for a nation with a pathological societal fixation on identity and xenophobia, there’s a lot of people who don’t actually know much about the nation whose identity they are so zealously defending.
