This is the low brow version: marinated pork chops, par boil them for 3 minutes on the stove, essentially you then smother/cover them in whatever sauce you like. I did mine in molasses balsamic herb sauce I tend to make a lot of when I’m at it, the sauce that is. Then you leave them for a few hours in the refrigerator, take them out 30 minutes prior to grill time. I say “low & slow” for this delicacy, use the extra space on the grill for some grilled veggies. Eat your veggies, damn it.
