To me “gaming” implies an application of skill or cleverness to get your way, not just throwing money at the obstacle.
Sure, if that’s the definition you want to go with - I disagree, but that’s neither here nor there, I suppose.
I think the overall point is that the rich are beneficiaries of a rigged system of justice in this country. I think we can all agree it’s a major problem that should be fixed, yeah, whether or not we agree that it’s gaming the system?
