Mr. Ackoff’s daughter had half the solution. Make three parallel mountain folds passing through three dots each. Between each pair of those folds, make a valley fold so that the creases of all three folds meet. Then take Mr. Ackoff’s daughter’s pen and draw a single line along the three creases.
Take a match, and light the piece of paper on fire. Mix the ashes thoroughly.
