They’re kind of punching down, aren’t they? A 15-page academic paper with footnotes and references to rip up something that looks like an Eagle Scout project?
I think they do a pretty good job of explaining why they’re addressing this particular plan and the detail is necessary because less detailed critiques met with scathing dismissals.
