Everything else is ups and extras.
You can beat the no-free-carry-on by having a personal item that is the maximum 18 x 14 x 8 inches, and packing wisely.

I always used to get the mobile boarding pass in my united app - until the day it disappeared off my phone the second they called for boarding and I had to line up at the gate desk to get a paper one.

I’m 5’10" and found sitting in the “normal” spirit seats absolutely unbearable. If that’s what it is like flying any other airline for you slightly-taller folks, I pity your kind.
