Not a conclusion; a possibility that I lean toward. I know that area well, having moved from very near there to the valley north of it years ago. The street address on the poster is very close to that Starbucks; I imagine the pup’s owners frequent it, therefore I’d think they would have taken the poster down by now if the pup was returned. The poster’s been up there for several weeks.
