Interesting! Reminds me somewhat of the lo-fi children shows I saw on Dutch TV in the late sixties. Incidentally, the background music in this clip was nicked from Walt Disney’s Pinocchio, later covered by Bill Frisell, Wayne Horvitz and Ken Nordine on Hal Willner’s excellent tribute album Stay Awake. https://youtu.be/U8hQic7E-OI
