It’s not like most workers are unionized and this would be a special exception

Almost everybody who works for a living in America is an at-will employee, including everybody else (soldiers, sailors, Marines) who kill people as part of their jobs

Cop unions are not about maintaining the same standards for everyone, they’re about holding onto unique privileges that only exist for bad cops

If they have examples of white guys being locked up because they had the same name as a black guy, in similar proportion to how often the black guy “accidentally” was incarcerated, they should bring that forward. I’m guessing that’s less common.
