I feel slightly bad for the employees that have to shift to a different store, but were offered new jobs. Still feel bad if any of them didn’t get to move. Still don’t feel bad about any customers that have to drive a whole 15 minutes to arrive. That isn’t even a thing.

“Demense”?
I suppose you could meake a case for “desmense” meaning “of, or relating to, menstruation” but it’s an old, arguably archaic spelling of “domain”.
From the map it looks to be just over the border from Houston. Great data centers there, but worth noting HOU keeps flooding from hurricanes and those generator refueling contracts are worthless if the agencies decide to commandeer the diesel trucks for the greater good (commercial colo vs. keeping a hospital up…).
