@carlmalamud there’s a typo at the bottom of the FAQ, in the last sentence of the second paragraph answering Question 7. ‘govenrment’
Hurrah for pointing out the potential real minimum cost to the taxpayer if the offended parties all sued. We should all take action to communicate this to our representatives. The inefficient system costs us directly, and the law-breaking could cost us further.

At the time that Sisyphus coined the term, he was all of 15, a frustrated high school freshman in a civics class, and hadn’t yet decided how he wanted to spell his self-selected name (his parents actually named him Todd…) much less exactly how he wanted his name adjectivised. In the end, history decided for him, but I personally insist on the pre-Iliad spelling from his high school diary…
