In regards to your last 2 posts, there are no good guys here. Only victims and criminals. Damn it all

(I shouldn’t say that, there are, as Mr. Rogers said, the helpers. They are the heros and the good guys.)

So, I haven’t seen this echoed on international news but Israel is kinda escalating the rethoric in Spain to see if they can scare our politicians to back away.

From his twitter post:

The days of the Inquisition are over. Today, the Jewish people have a sovereign and independent state, and no one will force us to convert our religion or threaten our existence - those who harm us, we will harm in return.

They also basically instructed the Israeli embassy to provide no assistance to palestinians currently in Spain.

On other news, Spanish citizens are not very much impressed by all the posturing. One of many public demonstrations held lately.

"Hundreds of people block passeig de Gracia [one of the main streets of Barcelona] to protest again Israel’s attack against the Rafah encampment. The protest was attended by several worker’s unions, and representatives of the leftist parties Comuns and CUP.

Also the University of Barcelona formally broke relations with the university of Tel-Aviv, and some nazis tried to stir the pot, provoking some campus protesters in Madrid; they failed to start a fight and were detained shortly after by the police and charged with hate crimes and threatening people.

Or rather they’ve instructed the Spanish consulate in Jerusalem not to provide consular services to Palestinians from the West Bank.

Israel orders Spain to stop consular services for Palestinians from 1 June

Israel’s foreign ministry said it had told the Spanish consulate in Jerusalem to stop offering consular services to Palestinians from 1 June over Madrid’s recognition of a Palestinian state.

The ministry said that Spain’s consulate in Jerusalem is “authorised to provide consular services to residents of the consular district of Jerusalem only, and is not authorised to provide services or perform consular activity vis-a-vis residents of the Palestinian Authority”.

Israel’s foreign minister, Israel Katz, said in a separate statement that “today, I implemented preliminary punitive measures against the Spanish consulate in Jerusalem following the Spanish government’s recognition of a Palestinian state”.

“We will not put up with harming Israel’s sovereignty and security.”

Last week, Ireland, Spain and Norway announced they would formally recognise a Palestinian state on 28 May, prompting Israel to launch a swift diplomatic counteroffensive to try to deter others from recognising Palestine.

The EU members Ireland, Spain, Slovenia and Malta had indicated in recent weeks that they planned to make a recognition announcement. Since 1988, 139 of 193 UN member states have recognised Palestinian statehood.

No, no it fucking is not. Ever. Not in Gaza, not anywhere. Do you even recognize what children are?? No, you just see them as proto-terrorists. Not human, not innocent, just vermin. Gaaaahhh!!! I hate this timeline soooo much!!
