You can buy umaibo at any decent Japanese store. Think a big umami cheeto. They won’t have nic cages face on them, but you can imagine

I found it. It’s called Lotus of Siam. The food was outstanding, but apparently, they’re closed until further notice because of some damage to the roof.

I highly recommend Ichiza in Chinatown in Las Vegas, best Japanese joint. It’s tiny and generally packed
