If you have anxiety about that issue, it suggests an identification with that group. My opinion isnāt relevant.
I think itās unhelpful to assume identification, since this process only makes modelling any scenarios more difficult, and tends to encourage personal problems.

I have not read this book on shaming, but shame has a rich history and has been the subject of archeaology, sociology, and psychology which Iāll guess gets glossed over.
