Pity it’s restricted to mountaineering. Let’s hope this is only volume one!

It’s actually not just mountaineering, but all North American climbing. A good educational read for any climber. I very much appreciate that it’s now available in an electronic format. Comes free with an AAJ membership too!

The annuals are an excellent resource for analysis of accidents and injuries. Events and decisions are evaluated based on the available information, and the assessments are very informative.

For more like this but involving the opposite end of this planet, the British Sub-Aqua Club publishes an annual report of logged incidents involving divers.
