Looks like I’m the one to point out the hoax.
It’s definitely an age thing. My kid would gladly eat KFC if I let her.

Get her one of those nasty bowls… she’ll not go back for years (guessing).
She loves panda Express and Mc Donalds, so I’m not so sure about that…
She’ll also happily eat healthy food with vegetables, so I’m pretty sure she’s just a non-discriminating garbage disposal.
She’s lucky that her parents cook and pay attention to nutrition, otherwise she’d happily consume her way to poor health (as I suspect many kids do).

I don’t think of squeamishness as one of the human virtues.
So she and I would get along. She’s got that going for her (for what it’s worth).
Black bears where I camp in PA are actually afraid of humans. Having camped more than a dozen times in the middle of Bald Eagle State Forest, I’ve never encountered them. Even leaving boxes of food out on our picnic table.
Ever burnt a chicken roasting in the oven? Smells like a firelog!
