Only because I’m a fan of the movie (looks great in blu-ray), I feel the need to suggest that the ‘confusing picture’ is a staged (possibly aborted) publicity photo (horrible backdrop!), and not one from the actual film itself. It might even be something that was planned as a lobby card; but for the absence of that card’s printed-on film name and studio, it has the look of such a card. All that said, now I’ll have to review the film to see if the three characters (yes, that includes the monkey!) and the equipment shown were ever shown together in that way in the film!
