I forgot pawpaws, which (according to Wikipedia), are related to custard apples et. al.; the only variety of that family native to N. America. And also mayapples.

@MadLibrarian - oh i LOVE pawpaws they are so delicious. I wish you could grow them further north. plus you can pick them up and put em in the basket.

Big fan of feijoas. Lovely fruit, like a delicate blend of custard, banana and liniment.
