He missed the opportunity to show off more of his techniques, skills, and tools.

  • Vibratory pick
  • Snap pick
  • Lishi tool
  • Shimming the core
  • Harsh language *

* Technically he’s never used harsh language on any of his videos. But if there’s anyone who could use it to open a lock, it would be him.

This is the kind of content I like to end my day with… entertaining, a bit scary yet comforting.
Thanks again LPL!

You can seriously just hit a lock with a rubber mallet to unlock it? Do the bad guys know about this?

They should sell the mallet at the sponsor’s store along with all the picks.

Most locks are symbolic rather than real security, anyway. They are a symbol of the social contract. A locked door says “don’t enter” whether it can be picked in 30 seconds or not. Almost anyone can enter most houses or cars any time they like by throwing a brick through a doorwall or window. If you don’t care about being caught, there isn’t really a barrier.

Watch any of his April 1st videos. While his language in those videos is not harsh, it is certainly dirty.
