Uh it’s an invention of the original tweeter created when he was in middle school according to his own tweet. Between the weird casual mention of Mandarake (because only in Japan! and manga!) and Rusty’s Shen Yun poster rewriting earlier this week, Boingboing’s track record on Asian stereotyping is having a rough time recently.
