The main intrusive thought that kept creeping into my mind during this fucking awesome meditation, was the slogan from Team America World Police.

It may be time to revisit that one, my irony tolerance has taken a beating, but I think I could handle it with this meditation.

I’ve been listening to Alan Watts utoobs quite a bit in the last few weeks, but I think this is going into rotation going forward (f!ck yeah!). The small voice in the distance that adds an occasional ‘f!ck yeah!’ here and there was a nice touch. 10/10 would meditate again.

this meditation was fucking awesome, even though it’s “Inner f*cking peace” instead of “Fuck that: an honest meditation”
