Would hope the same extends eventually over to Youtube as the scumbaggery there is much greater. It doesn’t take much for companies and small time grifters to screw content creators out of money using various methods, and the worst thing is that when everything is sorted its not like youtube gives backpay for the period the video in question was demonetized or being monetized (illicitly) by someone else. This is reprehensible and the fact that YT has yet to touch on this after all these years has no excuse.
