I used to get the Carlisle-Glasgow-Edinburgh train a lot, and it’s good to know that it hasn’t changed much in 20 years. /s
I honestly think I wasted a lot of money on tickets, because no-one ever checked. All the staff were too busy trying to help people who were going to miss connections because the train was so late.
